Ingredients
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/2 banana
2 T Methodology Mornings Mastered (or cocoa powder)
1 T Methodology Okinawan black sugar (or any sugar)
1 T any jam (I used Inna fig jam)
1/2 t pink Himalayan salt
1 pastured egg
2 scoops protein powder (I used marine collagen peptides)
Instructions
Soak oats overnight
When you’re ready to eat, add oats, pink salt, and Mornings Mastered to a pot and heat on medium, stirring regularly
Preheat pan to medium heat with a little avocado oil (or ghee or coconut oil)
Slice bananas and cover both sides in sugar
Place bananas on pan and brown both sides
Once oats are hot, reduce heat to low and stir in whole raw egg and protein powder
Transfer oats to bowl
Top with caramelized bananas, jam, and pistachio parmesan
