Join a Guided Meditation

This guided meditation will be led by Rochelle Cook, Julie’s personal meditation coach. She has designed the meditation to provide relief from anxiety and fears.

The meditation will be held live via Zoom at 6 PM PT on Thursday, April 9th.

We’ll email you the link to the Zoom room at 5 PM PT on Thursday, April 9th.
