Stanford Keto vs. Mediterranean Study

Methodology is collaborating with Dr. Christopher Gardner at the Stanford Prevention Research Center to help conduct a study on how a Keto diet vs. a Mediterranean diet impacts blood sugar for people with type 2 diabetes.

In studies like these, participants self-report what they’ve eaten, but often they don’t follow the study guidelines or they don’t accurately report their food. That’s where Methodology comes in. We’re providing food for participants following both diets to help teach them how to follow the diet guidelines and make it easier to report what they’re eating. Our goal is to help researchers collect better data so they have better insights.
